I have been trying to call to inquire about an apartment for over a week, I sent inquiries via email, through Zillow and called but I had to leave a voicemail because it says to call back during business hours. Are M-F 9-5 not business hours?!? I haven't received any correspondence back. I even showed up last week but there was a paper taped to the door saying the office was closed and they were out for training. UDPATE: Dispute their comment, they don't respond to emails. It's been 2 years and no reply. I've been trying to reach these people since 2022 every few months to rent an apartment and they never respond. I've tried Zillow, Apartments, their website, their email directly and phone calls via voicemail. I even tried showing up. Nobody can be reached.
