Had appointment at 7:00 am for oil changeand tire rotation, took my car back a 6:56am. My service tech, Moses, said I could do my 16,000 mile service at no charge since I had extended warranty. Air filter, cabin filter, wiper blades and alignment. Wonderful! By 10:00 only my aglignment was needed but there was a line for that machine… I could reschedule, I left at 10:20 and will reschedule for next week.
Jose did a great job providing answers to our questions and my wife and I had a lot of questions. He was very informative, very pleasant to work with and let us take all the time we needed to process all the information. I would definitely recommend Jose and the dealership!
I came in for a minute's appointment today and I was agreed by Danvan in the service department, he was extremely polite very knowledgeable answered all my questions. Extremely happy with my service visit today I will definitely recommend him to everyone.
