I just took my 2014 Hyundai Elantra SE for its first (complimentary) oil & filter change. Gregory Jones assisted me and my experience was first rate. I was even informed of a recall of the eye glass holder and it was replaced during my visit. My whole experience in buying my car at the Winter Park location was excellent. No pressure. Service advisor Sanford Barbee scheduled my appointment for service, which included routine service, a safety recall, and two problems I was having with my car. From the moment of greeting both he and everyone I dealt with at the dealership were extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. Hello Holler Hyundai of Winter Park!!! My name is Teresa and I have had my Hyundai Sonata serviced several times (mostly general upkeep) in the past 5 years. I have "never" had a "bad" experience! I met Stephanie Eaves for the first time on Saturday, February 14, 2015! I have to say she gets a "gold" star for her attention to detail!! I stopped in to buy a new car last week and Hyundai associate Tricia Martin, was very helpful and took her time with me and my mother. Not only did she show great customer service, but we multi-tasked throughout the experience to help reduce my wait time. I was able to walk in, trade in my old vehicle and leave in a new car in under 4 hours. I will recommend friends/family to work with Tricia.
