Be aware, they’re bribing people to leave good reviews before even living here… The office staff and maintenance workers are great. They’re always kind and helpful. The unit is nice. However new management isn’t impressive. They’ve made changes that make life at Holleman more inconvenient. Be prepared to spend a minute at your door trying to get in. My experience has been great so far, Anjolina was amazing and answered all of my questions during my tour!
Maintenance is always very helpful and pretty quick to fix what needs to be fixed. The only downside is that they knock like the police but it’s better than them not announcing themselves. Plus I’d rather be startled than not have my problem resolved
Edwin was friendly and helpful! Super efficient and fixed the problem within minutes.
