If I could assign a zero‑star rating, I would. I reported that the conditions in my unit were unsafe and requested to be moved to ensure my personal safety. Management stated that a relocation would only be permitted if I paid a fee, despite the circumstances.
Honestly the lock system might be the dumbest system I’ve seen. I got home at 11:39pm and could not get in bc my locks battery died. Thankfully maintenance responds quickly and the guy is supper chill but this is unacceptable. Ask before implementing a stupid system. No one appreciates this. Please fix this Holleman
I have been meaning to write this email for a while--- but where to begin with the kind people at Holleman Crossing? If you are looking for a beautiful apartment, on a budget, in a safe, clean, and gorgeous complex, look no further than HC. From the very first, the staff here have been nothing but accommodating, helpful, and kind (I cannot tell you how much the Front Desk staff has done for me, and all the residents here...)
