I’ve enjoyed living at Holleman Crossing, their new management is very attentive. The only issue i have is package pickup is a nightmare since you have to go to their office, and the office hours are short/closed on weekends. I work a lot and am almost never able to pick up packages during this time. If you get a package on Friday you’re waiting until Monday to pick it up, and if a package gets delivered on the weekend it will not be accepted and will have to be sent back and redelivered on an even later day. The new company that has taken over this apartment complex has really gone down hill. My daughter moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and it was in worse shape than hers old one. The management team isn't organized. They say all your papers are in order like insurance then charge you an extra $14 for the day for renters insurance. Whoever bought them out isn't very trustworthy. They have gone through 2 different managers this year. Make sure you keep your documents together and watch yourself.
