Edit: These automated replies to reviews are crazy. I wouldn't be surprised if they were AI. Last year with Holleman Crossing was great. This year, not so much. Look at all of the most recent reviews, they all complain about the same things. Do you think Holleman Crossing will change anything, even though the majority of their tenants hate their changes? No! It makes me sad because otherwise I really liked being here. I don't know how it all changed for the worst so QUICKLY. The new locks are awful. Requires you to go on an ... read more

This is my second year living here and let me tell you new management is terrible. They’ve added so many unnecessary updates to apartments that were ALREADY GOOD. The reserved parking is useless, nobody parks there and there’s been many occasions I’ve had to park far from my apartment building because of this. And the extremely stupid, irrational decision of adding quext without asking residents their thoughts on it. It takes forever to open, inconvenient when you’re going grocery shopping because you have to stand and wait ... read more

Have been living here for a full year and unfortunately signed my lease before new management came on. Everything about the new management screams money hungry and unpersonable. For instance one of the new management first desicions was to implement reserved parking. The problem is that the reserved parking in no different than regular parking and has made it more difficult to find a spot. I used to be able to park infront of my apartment but now I have to walk a fair distance to get to it when there are free spots that say ... read more

The new locks the worst part of my day. Management keeps making new sudden changes that honestly make it seem as if they don’t like the residents. First the added trash fee (which wasn’t a super big deal.) then the reserved parking that are $25/month (which NO ONE uses and takes up a ton of parking spaces), and finally, the stupid locks, which made me give them a one star, that’s how bad the locks are. We had a passcode lock prior to the digital one and it was way better, honestly one of my favorite parts of the apartment. T... read more

I have lived at Holleman Crossing for two years now and the new management is AWFUL! They do not care about their residents and do not ask us for input on changes they are implementing. They have added reserved parking that costs extra per month that takes up half the parking, without giving a heads up. The whole reason I loved this apartment was because of the free parking. Not anymore. On game days, they do “paid gameday parking” in front of building B, which is ridiculous. I do not feel safe having random people parking t... read more
