Beware of the slum lords. I paid almost $700 to end my lease 6 months early and still had to pay to the last month. I requested my money back at the lease's end and they refused to refund the early termination fee. So not only did I pay for a vacant unit for six months, I paid an extra $700 for no reason and I couldn't sign a lease in my new town because of it. The rent is also expensive for what you get, trash piles, bugs, and no amenities. Think twice before you move in here!

Absolutely do not move here without seeing your unit first. We were living out of state and unable to see the apartment before move in. It was not advertised that the 1 bedroom unit does not have central AC (when other units in the same building have central AC). There is a window AC unit in the living room, but not one in the bedroom.
