Absolutely do not move here without seeing your unit first. We were living out of state and unable to see the apartment before move in. It was not advertised that the 1 bedroom unit does not have central AC (when other units in the same building have central AC). There is a window AC unit in the living room, but not one in the bedroom. This place is what you pay for. No dishwashers, didn't realize that until I moved in. Overall not bad, but again you get what you pay for. The wifi here sucks abysmally, no go for students who need to study, it is almost wholly unreliable.
