Holland's Bicycles the least expensive bike shop on coronado (the only bike shop on coronado). Little pricy, but if you live on the island, the staff makes up for it even years after you buy your bike there (they know their stuff and you have a lifetime of free annual tune ups, or at least we did).
Holland's Bicycles I completely agree with the first review. The bikes are probably more expensive at Holland's, but the knowledge and help of the staff is wonderful! It is a great bike shop in a beautiful part of San Diego. We have bought several bikes from Holland's over the years.
Great Service I believe you can find bikes for less than you'll find here, but the service and the knowledge of the staff make it worth whatever extra you might pay. The staff know all the bikes in the store - racing/mountain/cruising - from the cheap cruiser to the thousand dollar racers. They'll help you decide what's best for you, let you test as many as you like as often as you like - and once you buy, they're there to service your bike for as long as you own it. RecommendedStopped by to get air in tires and a couple of the guys went above and beyond with my friends bike. She had loose handlebars and backwards tires (we never knew that!) Malcolm was very friendly helping make sure her bike was road worthy! Thank you!

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Holland’s Bicycles in Coronado California. These guys have been around 75 years and this is my second bike I bought from them and even though the warranty expired I called them and with no questions asked they re-ordered me a warranty replacement rim when the original one cracked....but I end up getting upgraded with a higher quality rim and also a better hub with better bearings... keep in mind these wheels are about $400-500 bucks apiece. Great Customer service and knowledgeable staff. Lucas who works there Found the perfect bike with just my height measurements and without stepping in the store. He just pulled it up to the front and got it right away at a good deal.

Thanks to Holland’s Bicycles we were able to explore Coronado with one of our favorite forms of transportation. Great customer service and bikes were well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit.
