Run away from this company as fast as possible. My hot tub broke and I reached out to them in early September, nearly two months prior to writing this email. After scheduling a time for the next week, they "just forgot about it" and didn't show up. I rescheduled, and they forgot again, at which point I really should have just cut my losses. Hollandia Pools and Spas Pool Triage! We thought that we had a leak in the pool liner (based on my non-professional review of the circumstances). Since not being able to keep sufficient water in the pool to reach the skimmer water return makes it impossible to use the pool, Hollandia Pools came to the rescue the day after my first call! White Knights Derek and Coby came to the rescue. I have had nothing but great things to say about Hollandia Pools. The service Technician ( Derek ) ( give this young fellow a pay raise 🙏🏻 )who was nothing but patient with my elderly parents and took his time and spoke to them with respect and care. In store customer service is also great. Administrative staff super helpful as well. I would recommend them to anyone.
