Hollander was great.. The day was a bit hectic because we had a death in the family and they worked their tails off so we could get the process done as quickly as possible. The men were clean, neat and communitive. I would be recommending this company for anyone that would demand great service. They were Outstanding in getting us moved in a very timely manner. - B. Everything went well until I met my moving coordinator- Adrienne Ross. It took 4 email efforts to get my estimate to me so I could pay. Spent two hours waiting for moving guys in my car by a storage unit because they didn't know I planned a 7am move. Nothing but miscommunication greeted with apathy toward her job. I waited for a call from her to let me know my things were arriving to my new home tomorrow. No call. Are my things even going to arrive tomorrow? Who knows. Customer service died a long time ago at Hollander.
