A wonderful group! I was visiting from out of town when my existing crown broke. Upon contacting the office here, they fit me in their busy day within one hour. They have been able to help me quickly with additional treatment along the way. Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. The dentists and technucians all have an extremely gentle touch, too. I highly recomnend this dental care team... they are all AWESOME.
Went through insurance, they misquoted my out of pocket cost and did not report my payment to insurance; they tried to bill me twice for the same visit. Called front desk, Lilliana was rude and condescending and lied that she did not have any information and that I need to deal with insurance because they 'know everything'. Luckily, I have good insurance and the rep was able to get the information from Lilliana which she refused to provide to me, and now this business will not be receiving their double payment! I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I can honestly say that everyone here is so friendly, professional and always makes me feel so comfortable! The dentist also takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I understand each step of my treatment. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for trustworthy and amazing care :)
Dr. Omidi is wonderful! She shows how our oral health impacts our overall health, and I appreciate how mindful she is of of my sensitive nerves, she even warms the numbing medicine so I hardly feel any discomfort (if any). Her humming while she works is both calming and humorous, which helps keep me from getting antsy :).
