As a new patient, I felt extremely welcomed by the office. There was not a long wait at all and everyone was extremely attentive. With X-Rays, Cleaning, and an Invisalign consultation, I was out within 1 hour. Dr. M was my doctor and the dental hygienist was phenomenal! She was explaining each step of the way and was great with taking my X-Rays and cleaning. They also gave me a goody bag at the end which is a bonus!
This place is a total scam. I went here for 2 years, so a total of 4 times. Over the course of those 2 years my teeth were never cleaned properly, which caused me to have severe sensitivity. The dentist suggested a $500 treatment to "fix" the sensitivity. I finally left and went to The Proper 32, the hygienist there spent 1.5hrs deep cleaning my teeth and i haven't had even a minor sensitivity since!!! I was very nervous about going to a new dentist after moving to the area and due to my past experiences as they were not positive. I've had two visits and a few interactions over the phone. The lady at the front desk is very sweet, the two dental assistants that I met were very patient and Dr. Moghaddam is awesome.
Very friendly and professional staff and dentist. They were able to fit me in the same day I called, and I was in and out for an exam, X-rays and cleaning in under 90 minutes. The office and waiting area were clean and well maintained with a relaxed and upbeat atmosphere. Very happy with my visit & I will be returning.
Went through insurance, they misquoted my out of pocket cost and did not report my payment to insurance; they tried to bill me twice for the same visit. Called front desk, Lilliana was rude and condescending and lied that she did not have any information and that I need to deal with insurance because they 'know everything'. Luckily, I have good insurance and the rep was able to get the information from Lilliana which she refused to provide to me, and now this business will not be receiving their double payment!
