Would not recommend. This place and prices are overrated. I was told my card wouldn't be charged until we arrived. We almost had a death in the family i called and relayed the messaged and they still charged the $400 to our card. We're going to court. Go at your own risk.

What a great staff. Super friendly. Rode my new Harley and was not wanting to leave it in a parking lot down the road. Holland water sports went way above and beyond to make sure it was safe while we rented a wave runner. Awesome people. 3rd time I have used them. Thanks Holland water sports!

Not only do your associates need training on tactfully engaging your customers, but they also need a lesson on profiling them because of their skin color or body size. Your company did a disservice to first time parents trying to celebrate their first Father’s Day together by profiling and humiliating them. Not cool.
Today My wife and I went to holland water sports were profiled by race and by weight. After reserving over a week ago... we arrived, shared our name, and the individual working the front desk said to us that they had put a group of seven in front of us and that it wouldn’t be long and that we should wait for 20 minutes...we paid, signed the document and we went to move our car... when we came back for the instructions on how to operate and to get life vests being given by another young man, we were then approached by the sam... read more
They should be ashamed at how the treat people. Making judgements based on race AND weight?! I would not recommend. If making a reservation means you have to WAIT for people who just walk in, what’s the point? Also, if you are going to discriminate, be sure to make it PUBLIC! Don’t hide your bias, it’s a shame that we’re still dealing with this in 2020! Do not support this business!
