I’ve called everyday and left many messages and have had no response to anything, I had questions about my father’s application
I would like to say that our new manager Jake has done a fantastic job getting things done for the tenants here at Holland Terrace apts. Things here are looking so much better..an the people here are happier to live here...Jake is a very understanding hard working person ..and truly cares about his job..and how he performs his job to the best of his ability..We are so happy he is here...he gets things done..Maintenance here is great now..thanks to our maintenance man Dave...he works hard to fulfill his duty in getting things... read more
Jake and Dave have done an outstanding job since they took over managing and maintaining the apartments!! They have both listened to the residents needs and come up with a good plan to get some much needed work done as quickly as possible. Seeing how effectively jobs have been tackled makes us happy and comfortable that more improvements are just around the bend!
Nice quiet place to live. Nice neighbors
