Jay Holland and his entire team for listings.com have serious internal communication issues as well as retaining information for each client and each property. I've been asked numerous times about opting in for inspections, by email text and phone. Even though I've opted in at least 5 times, the mid lease inspection was done at month 11 of a one year lease.
