I just called to make an appointment to see dr.holland and the receptionist was very rude. I read the reviews on this website and I've should've listened!
Dr Holland's follow through is poor at best. Stephanie's billing practices are inconsistent. She's not willing to listen to mistakes that she or her staff members have made and if she does listen you will be charged . I would not recommend her to do counseling on my dog.
IMO b/c rude as all heck, dishonest
Dr. Holland missed appointments, was misleading in the initial consultation, and overall was not responsive or forthcoming with her intended course of care. When we offered feedback that we were not happy she was defensive and combative. Perhaps she should seek some of the therapy she professes to dispense.
