I came into the parts department thinking I would have to replace my tow bar. I was greeted by Alex Hermosillo I explained that I could not get one of the arms to release I had it with me he came out to my vehicle and got it released and sold me the proper lubricant to insure it would work for me. I am a 63 year old single woman rv traveler and will be back in the future. Thank you for such great customer service! i
