Unfortunately, they will only work on RVs purchased from Blue Compass. We purchased a new Brinkley Model Z3100 that has a few new rv issues that need addressed. They refused to do the warranty work although Blue Compass is a dealer. I am discussing with Brinkley to have this issue addressed, as Brinkley referred me to this dealership. You should not be a dealer if you can’t perform dealer warranty repairs. I’m awaiting a response from the service manager. My wife and I were visiting from out of town and decided to go RV shopping. Bonnie in sales is on of the most pleasant sales people we have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Purchased our Brinkley at the RV show in July. The sales experience was great and loved our sales agent. After a slight bump concerning some service items I am pleased to say that they did a 360 and fully fulfilled all of our items that were owed plus some. The new general manager was very helpful and his staff were very professional in get our repairs done quickly.
Best place to buy a trailer, friendly staff accommodating will do anything in the world for you so nice I cannot say enough about Compass staff members and sales people
