I rented a property site-unseen from out of state. That's my fault. The property had not been professionally cleaned, so I therefore cleaned it myself. The much more IMPORTANT item is they held (and are still holding) my deposit refund illegally according to Colorado law. They have acknowledged the amount due so there is no dispute over the amount. It took locating the owner/CEO and copying him just to get the refund process started. I recommend DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. That is my opinion, the rest is fact.

TL;DR: You'll find poop in the stairwell not once but twice!! And you can't use the hottub the entire time you live there becacuse they are "working on it." Also, the staff is rude and standoffish. I live in one of Holland Residential's Denver properties and was initially impressed by the location, amenities, and overall presentation of the community.
