Awful property management company. Do not live in any of their units.
Hours and hours of fire alarms at 2-3am... for 5 years. Never ever again.

Just want to say how pleased I am w/ you guys. I was skeptical bc I was fond of the other management team at my complex. But the warmth and kindness of Kelly, Caprice, Patricia and Obed really impressed me. They are all so accommodating, helpful and so so nice. Thank yall for making this transition easy on your tenants. Yall hire great people and are already fixing everything. I’m very impressed.
Recently sold the Milehouse apartment building in DTC, however, they decided not to do any maintenance on the building in the year leading up to the sale. Now the current residents are the victims of their cost cutting
