Ritz came and saved the day when I had a plumbing issue! She was so responsive and kind! Give this girl a raise!
Holland has repeatedly cut corners to save a buck in our building in Denver. Elevators are constantly breaking down, with tenants getting stuck. Our pool had a massive overhaul at the hottest time of year and the outgoing manager made sure it happened as he left. It then took about 4 weeks to complete due to Holland's cheap strategies. The hottub has had ongoing issues for the last 4 months. 2 of 3 grills were unusable for over a month, not to mention they're NEVER cleaned and parts are busted up. Awful property management company. Do not live in any of their units.
Hours and hours of fire alarms at 2-3am... for 5 years. Never ever again.
Terrible management company!!!!
