Hey thanks for letting a tenant break my car window and not doing anything about it. Sorry if I didn't report it in time because they'd probably do even worse at the time. Glad you benefited from my breaking lease fee, typical of corporate. Your BBB rating really supports your comments. Don't delete negative reviews also please, just because they're negative doesn't mean they aren't true... because I assure you they are 100% true. I suggest compensation.
Holland Residential violates fair housing laws. They use Experian rent check, which accesses peoples credit but people cannot access unless they are notified through an adverse credit decision. In my case, they referenced an unpaid debt to a landlord that never existed. By the time I learned of the issue and resolved it via proper process through another property management company, they denied my application without providing the necessary documentation required for an adverse credit decision. Regarding your property in Bothell, WA (The Villas at Beardslee). I feel you should know something about how your management there handles ADA compliant parking spaces: Handy places for contractors to park their vehicles, when there are plenty of other places to be had that won't add effort to the job. It says you cut corners, don't concern yourselves with the needs of the disabled, and hire people who see things likewise. The D and E elevators at Vespr Oakland are consistently filthy. The so-called “move-in” elevator covers are permanently left up, giving the place a rundown, neglected look. Worse than that, they smell like dog urine, and it’s not just the smell. I have actual photos of pee puddles, dirty floors, and stained, grimy covers. It’s disgusting and frankly embarrassing to bring guests through. This isn’t a one-time thing either. It’s constant.
