I feel you should know something about how your management there handles ADA compliant parking spaces: Handy places for contractors to park their vehicles, when there are plenty of other places to be had that won't add effort to the job. The D and E elevators at Vespr Oakland are consistently filthy. The so-called “move-in” elevator covers are permanently left up, giving the place a rundown, neglected look. Worse than that, they smell like dog urine, and it’s not just the smell. I have actual photos of pee puddles, dirty floors, and stained, grimy covers. They are flagging bad reviews please be warned. I've lived at Vespr for almost a year. When I first moved in, I truly thought it was one of the nicest buildings in Downtown Oakland. Sadly, the building has significantly declined. Finding staff when you need them is difficult, and when you do, they are often rude or off-putting. I had a really frustrating experience with the lady who answered the phone was rude and impatient, asking me "for what" when I ask to speak with manager. This is not how a company should treat its customers. This reflects poorly on your company and its customer service.
1/5 stars in terms of customer service; the lack of communication between central billing and the property (especially when there is a mistake on a move out balance) is excruciating and incredibly disappointing. Theresa in central billing has been audibly annoyed and rude on the phone each time I have called to resolve this issue, as I am not paying an extra $150 for a non-existant late fee.
