My experience so far since renting with this agency have been fantastic. Anthony my managing agent has been wonderful. He is quick to respond to repair issues and communicates very clearly. Tenants satisfaction is of major priority for them. I highly recommend
Holland Properties does a great management job. Recently, our microwave failed, and it was quickly replaced. It's very convenient having automatic rent payment. At the end of our 1-year lease we needed an extension. We were granted a 6-month extension at no increase in rent.
We have appreciated the staff of Holland Properties. They are friendly, courteous and have taken care of property emergencies in an expedient manner. They do a great job of communicating with their clients as well as doing quality work.
My family and I would like to thank Holland Properties for all their help and prompt respond to any question that we had in the past, the only reason why we are moving is because of the challenges that the stairs are taking on my inlaws. Otherwise it has been great to have you as a landlord.

Holland Properties is a top notch management company that cares about the quality of their service and the quality of experience for both their renters and owners. We recently had a water hose break in a bathroom that caused fairly extensive damage to the house and Holland had a water restoration crew out within the hour to ensure that things were cleaned up and subsequently fixed right for the owner.
