I strongly recommend against renting from this company or letting them manage a property for you. A lot of these reviews don't look like tenants but people who personally know employees. I have been in a rental with them for 7 months. It took us 4 weeks to get approved while waiting on a background check (with no history), and then they required for us to put down $9,435 to move in. A window broke in November, almost a year later and they still have not fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.
