We had Elite out for an emergency call last week, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Scheduling was fast and easy, and their technician, Grayson, was a consummate professional who was able to identify and repair the issue quickly. Client education is important to us, and Grayson explained every step of the process clearly and efficiently, so we understood how the problem happened and how to avoid it in the future. Great overall experience--highly recommend this business.
The few times I used them they've been dependable fast and reliable and very reasonable on their pricings I feel for what they did for me I definitely recommend them
Neil kept in touch through the entire process of plumbing an entire house from the ground up. He made some excellent suggestions regarding the water heaters that we implemented. Neil also went so far as to contact the water provider about boosting the water pressure to the house on his own. He looked after my project as if it was his own house. I wish he did more than plumbing - an excellent Contractor.
