Tenants smoking in building. Raising prices without making ANY improvements. Unresponsive management. People just throw garbage around property. Drugs on premises. No enforcement of anything.
Do not rent here. First of all . They advertise that the buildings are security locked. They are not . If you like the ghetto , it’s for you .The dump is horrendous . The staff and office don’t care if police are called often. As another post put it. You have no peace . The pictures online do not not tell the real story .
