Patrick Holland is one of the most reliable, fair, honest and hard working contractors I know. As a real estate agent, I depend on contractors to be responsive, competent and courteous to my clients and Patrick hits the mark every time. He not only completes a thorough inspection or treatment for household pests, he regularly notices and points out problems or issues that other inspectors have missed. Patrick Holland of Holland Pest Control was reccomended by our realtor to inspect the home we were planning to buy. He seemed to have done a fine job inspecting the home, and we were happy to write him a check at the end of his inspection. Unfortunately, the business is poorly run and very unprofessional.
