Beautiful, friendly and caring staff and family run Vets. Extremely knowledgeable Vets and nurses. I have been taking my fur babies there for nearly 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dont try to up-sell or do anything unnecessary to keep your costs down.
I want to share my experience so other dog owners are aware. During my dog’s recent dental cleaning, Dr May Nozaki said that some of his teeth were wobbly, but she did not clearly explain how many teeth, why they needed to be removed, or what the options were. Instead of speaking to me directly, the receptionist passed on a very short message, with no detail and no proper explanation from the vet herself.
