Beautiful, friendly and caring staff and family run Vets. Extremely knowledgeable Vets and nurses. I have been taking my fur babies there for nearly 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dont try to up-sell or do anything unnecessary to keep your costs down.
I want to share my experience so other dog owners are aware. During my dog’s recent dental cleaning, Dr May Nozaki said that some of his teeth were wobbly, but she did not clearly explain how many teeth, why they needed to be removed, or what the options were. Instead of speaking to me directly, the receptionist passed on a very short message, with no detail and no proper explanation from the vet herself. We have used this vet for many years. They are very understanding and accomadating. They have been taking excellent care of our senior dog, and always take the time to talk us through different options and their recommendations. Couldn't ask for more better care from them.
Love the super friendly and super helpful team here. Always willing to help answer questions/concerns and take great care of our fur baby 🐶
HPVC are our local regular now. Appointments are always a breeze. They’re gap only, knowledgeable and caring and a specific shout out to Kathryn as she’s probably the best vet we’ve ever seen for our two spitz dogs, especially given George’s chronic skin issues.. and that said, we would highly recommend booking the hydrobath Saturday’s on offer by Becky. Super handy to have.
