The way certain people in management treat their employees. For someone who was there 15yrs and just recently, within a month got a raise,then turn around to say that person don't know how to do their job and then do a permanent lay off. Well that person was good enough for 15yrs with only one write up for them . Then to permanently lay off everyone that was close to her,what a power trip. I hope the rest of the management and owners see though this persons lies and personal intimidation soon.
