Went in to get some links taken off a new watch. They helped me within minutes, set the watch, and didn’t even charge me! They were great!
Good ppl done a lot of business there going there today too get my watch fixed
Late input - a year ago I needed a battery for a Breitling whereas, Holland Jewelers was the only Jeweler that stocked the battery and was able to replace it on the spot. In addition, I needed a 24k bracelet from Dubai repaired-they did a great job on the soft gold. I will absolutely go back for all my jewelry needs.
I had a very disappointing experience with Holland Jewelers. Before visiting the store, I attempted to contact them by phone to ask a simple question about financing. I left three voicemail messages and never received a return call. When I went to the store in person, I briefly asked about designs and suggestions it was said " you asked about financing" and was met with a poor attitude. I would never use this jewelers again. I came in with 2 $500 watches that needed batteries one was running perfectly one was not. I was handed 1 that did notvwork and one the insides came out and 1 where the seconds hand worked and nothing else. No apologies, no offer to replace, nodiscount on the watch nothing. I have never been treated with such callus and disrespect. A sad case for a local business
