Was accused of taking photos of a nurse. And then treated poorly, and the staff were rude as can be, i am autistic and have NEVER been treated like this for taking a damn snapchat picture of the ground, far away from the staff or a patient
The office staff and Dr Mier were all so welcoming and kind. It was a breeze from checking in, to leaving. Dr. Mier made my appointment comfortable and lowkey feeling. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Having her as my doctor now doesn’t make me dread needing to go back in the future! Highly recommend the hudsonville office😊
I became a new patient here at the start of the year and my experience from every employee has been great. Caring, supportive and intelligent staff. They all made me feel welcomed and heard with the concerns I had. I will continue to return to this location and have recommended to family and friends.
