Had a leak around a roof vent that I needed addressed. Jesse responded to my web inquiry faster than other companies and came out later that day. He laid out what the potential solutions would be and their rough pricing before going up on the roof, and unlike other companies that try to make problems bigger than they are, he suggested the least expensive fix would be sufficient to solve the issue.
