Jackie is an amazing person. Holland Gardens are so lucky to have her. We are lucky to have her!!!!
The manager Jackie is the reason I have rented here multiple times. I have rented 3 different apartments within a 10 year span. The location is amazing, near the freeway, Tri-C, lots of shopping choices, restaurants, fitness centers and Big Creek Reservation is nearby for nature walks. There have been some aesthetic upgrades to the apartment complex, but it is the consistency of maintenance and management that made me trust returning to living here. I would definitely come back!!!
Jacki and the maintenance team are the best. I came home from work one evening to discover there was no hot water. I emailed Jacki that night to let her know. Not only did she respond right away, but they were there first thing in the morning to replace the hot water tank. Jacki and her team make this a very comforting and enjoyable place to live. Thank you Jacki and maintenance for always being on top of things!!
Updated Review: I've lived in Holland Gardens for almost two years now. Still nothing but mostly positive responses from me. It's affordable. It's usually pretty quiet. The barking from neighbors' dog can be annoying at times especially when working from home. Overall, a fantastic property manager who really cares about the tenants and a maintenance team who respond in a timely manner and keep the place together.
