After switching dentists I was a little apprehensive but from start to finish it was a great experience! I arrived and checked in and didn’t wait but 2 minutes before being called back. Leigh Anne was my Hygienist and was absolutely phenomenal and talked me through everything before she started. She was very thorough and personable as well. She has a very welcoming personality and calmed my nerves. Checkout went smooth and quick which was great for someone who was on their lunch break for a cleaning. Holland was recommended to me by a co-worker. I had my first visit with them this month and felt very happy with their service. There was a little confusion upon check-in that the office manager quickly and kindly remedied. The hygienist was excellent and did a great job on some staining that I have. The dentist was also pleasant. I am relieved to have found a solid provider after past struggles trying to find a good fit.

I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years. Bad experience prior. Had my first toothache in my life start last nite (I am 64). My first stop in looking for a dentist was Holland Family Dentistry in Suffolk. I wasn't expecting any of what I got because most places, appointments are months out. Even though I admitted my stupidity for not seeing a dentist in 10 years, everyone, especially receptionist Savannah was friendly, professional and understanding.
