Our air conditioning system was not functioning when we got up this morning. There was no power to the outdoor condenser/compressor unit. I called Josh Holland and he arrived within 25 minutes to troubleshoot the issue. He immediately identified the whole house generator load shed contactor relay as the root cause of the system failure. Within ten minutes the power issue was resolved and air conditioning was restored. Great job, Josh!
We are doing a pretty extensive renovation on a 35 year old house and Josh has come out a couple of times to help us update and correct a number of electrical issues here. Josh does good work and is very customer focused. So far, there is nothing we have thrown at him that he could not handle.
