Made my FIRST purchase from you guys today, online. Received an email saying that you got the order and the online tracker said you had my order and it would be ready in 5-15 minutes. No confirmation that my order was ready - no cancellation email, nothing. Just kept me waiting for a couple of hours so I went elsewhere. Unbelievable if you ask me, but if the goal is to keep new customers away - goal achieved!!
