TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!! TRIED TO CHARGE US $1500 AT MOVE OUT FOR CARPET THEIR AIR CONDITIONER LEAKED ALL OVER AND EVEN CAUSED MOLD ON THE CARPET AND IN THE WALLS. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHY WERE BEING CHARGED I GOT A SIMPLE "I DONT KNOW LET ME LOOK INTO IT" AFTER WEEKS OF FIGHTING AND TRYING TO SETTLE WITH US.. I WAS NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT THE OFFER OF BREAKING EVEN WITH THEM KEEPING OUR DEPOSIT!.. THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME SINCE THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH THAT MY MONEY IS ON ITS WAY.. So wish I didn't sign the lease. Not worth how much they charge. No dish washer, no garbage disposal, no handle for my fridge but this is suppose to be a new updated place. There's no pool, no workout place. When just across the street I'd get more and pay less and still have a roof over my head. Holland Crossing Apartments are not worth "living" in and just wasting your money away!! Thanks but no thanks.

The community is so unorganized. They ride the coattail of the Springfield School District, but the community is not kid friendly. I have had work orders in for 4 months and they have fixed nothing, but expect rent on time. This is the worst community to live in. There are so many issues from the office manager down to maintenance.
