No schedule for rehab, staff shows a lack of courtesy and respect to patients; didn't answer bell for 2 hours. What if it the call was serious. There is something seriously wrong going on here. Majority of folks are older and less verbal. I have talked with Upper Management and nothing changed. Today I called and still no response from Resident Care Manager. During the many years my parents have lived here, costs have gone way up, and food quality went way down. HPP is very short staffed, and it is impossible to get repairs done. My mom’s radiator has been broken for months, it makes a terrible noise, and despite repeated efforts by the floor manager, maintenance does not respond. The front line workers are wonderful and caring, there are just not enough people working here.
Great Place to live, active lifestyle, in 3-years we have not cooked dinner yet !
My Mother is staying at facility now after she fell and broke her hip. She had two pins put into her hip and now needs help recovering before she returns home. My father , her husband is at Holladay Park Plaza everyday. I will write back with my reviews about her care.
I recently had a two week stay here, following a spine fusion revision surgery. Having stayed in another skilled nursing facility two years ago, The Mirabella which was an awful experience, I was apprehensive. Soon my apprehension was replaced with relief to have found such a fantastic facility. The staff was caring and responsive. The PT and OT services top notch.
