This place should be called Holladay HELLS, not Holladay Hills! Do not rent here unless you like cockroaches, mice, rats, broken windows, garbage and dog poop all over the grass and a contaminated pool that residents couldn't use, and extreme late fees...can you say $175?!?!? How do these people sleep at night??? Don't waste you money! Don't sign a lease! You'll regret it. Run away before it's too late!
