Excellent service from receptionist to providers
As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the front desk. While waiting one of the dental hygienists, Mallory noticed I was very anxious she asked if I would like a weighted blanket and then brought one to me. My dental hygienist, Chrissy was then brought out and introduced to me right away she showed me around and explained everything to me. I am a new patient to them and started to have tooth pain over the weekend. I knew my tooth needed to be seen ASAP so I asked a friend for a referral. I was able to get an appointment the next day on Tuesday (this week) my tooth was in a lot of pain and everybody who I interacted with was loving, caring and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. I am not one to rant, but I want to warn my Salt Lake friends about the shady dentist practice of Holladay Dental Studio. I went in for a $29 promotion which included X-rays, cleaning and exam. I was skeptical after being told I had 8 cavities which would cost $2,000 to fix. Yes, they flatter you with a menu of chapstick, cold water, warm eucalyptus towel and gift bag, but I just want an honest diagnosis. This place is a complete scam!!! 😡😡😡my daughter went in to have an initial exam and was told she had eight cavities!!! She then drove to our dentist of 20 years three days later. he looked at the x-rays and her teeth she had no cavities !!! do not go to this place!!!! 😡😡😡😡
