They do not take you seriously and will give you runaround answers. If you call To have them rerun your labs they’ll suggest you don’t do that and go elsewhere. What’s the point of going to a place in the first place if they’re not gonna provide you resources and solutions. But gladly take your money and give you roundabout answers. 0 out of 10 experience with the staff 0 out of 10 experience with how they address your concerns

Unfortunately this review is based on bad office practices. I take my kids to holladay pediatrics and have had a good experience, so I was hopeful that the internal medicine clinic would be a good fit for me. I reviewed doctors, researched a ton of info and thought I found someone who would be a good fit. I made the appointment through the online scheduler as a new patient and found an appointment with the chosen physician. I called in May concerned about an abnormal, changing mole that was concerning for melanoma. I was an established patient and they said the earliest I could get in was October and that I could “try somewhere else if I wanted to get in sooner”. This didn’t feel right to me so I had a different doctor biopsy my mole and it came back as stage 1 melanoma. I called back today, 7/25/25 asking if I could come in sooner now that I have a melanoma diagnosis and need follow up. They said no and that the earliest appointment available ... read more

I have had 2 providers up and quit ( oh I'm sorry.. one retired on a Friday afternoon and the other stopped seeing patients on a Friday) with no notification. One of the physicians canceled ALL of my refills for a medication I need to help with clinicfibromyalgia flare ups. I've had to scramble, rearrange my work schedule to find a new physician. Then, when I'm offered an Appointment with another doctor at that clinic, I find they canceled that appointment with no notification. And when I questioned it... they reschedule me ... read more
