Holisticare uses untrained aides to do most of your care. The physical therapists massage you for half your session, which is great. But the aides don’t have any training & are often suggesting movements that could hurt your body.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always felt better leaving than when I came. The stretches finished by massage or the heated stones did the trick. Thanks Holisticare!
HolistiCare Physical Therapy asked many questions in order to tailor their care for my neck & back issues. They are very knowledgeable and taught me and demonstrated how to exercise properly to maximize results and avoid further injury. I've done 2 sessions so far and have been doing the exercises they have recommended and I'm feeling some improvements to my neck & back. Highly recommended place for physical therapy.
