My uncle was recently placed on hospice due to his decline, and his care team has been nothing short of phenomenal. His nurse, Dana, has been a true advocate for him, providing not only exceptional care but also guiding and educating our family throughout the process. My husband’s end of life experience ended with a group of people who were caring, loving, patient & genuine that they love what they do for the patient & the family.
