So happy this place was recommended to us. I've been dealing with Stacy and she is very good at what she does and is also very compassionate. She gave us a better understanding of hospice and what it means and what they do as a service. Not only do they look after the patient but they are also very attentive of the families needs as well. Great team of compassionate caregivers specializing in end of life care!
They seemed so wonderful in the beginning, but then my father failed to decline. Regardless, that didn't change the fact that he's terminal. He was taken off service to go on a trip. He had a medical emergency on the trip so we had to cut it short and come back. It was a friendly reminder that although he was feeling good at the time, his terminal condition had not changed. My mother has been with Holisticare Hospice for 7 weeks now and they are so good with her. Gloria, her aide, and Kirsten, her nurse are wonderful and very caring. Every member that I have interacted with, whether it be in person or just by phone, has been very helpful and always put my mother first whenever it comes to what's best for her.
