The idea of Hospice is so emotional. From the first second I spoke to Cherylyn on the phone I was at ease. She is so kind and compassionate and helped the transition go so smoothly and comfortably. I am grateful to have found them/her and have their presence, compassion and knowledge with us at such a difficult time. ❤️

From intake for my Dad with David (and David) to his nurse Kelly and his aide that I call the invisible angel I never met everything went well. He was kept comfortable and we were well-informed. Thanks to all who participated in his end of life care including the social workers, ministry and the gentleman who sung and played guitar for him.

So happy this place was recommended to us. I've been dealing with Stacy and she is very good at what she does and is also very compassionate. She gave us a better understanding of hospice and what it means and what they do as a service. Not only do they look after the patient but they are also very attentive of the families needs as well. For anyone wondering, hospice doesn't always mean the end of life care, its compassionate care to help someone and their family with an already existing medical condition. They seemed so wonderful in the beginning, but then my father failed to decline. Regardless, that didn't change the fact that he's terminal. He was taken off service to go on a trip. He had a medical emergency on the trip so we had to cut it short and come back. It was a friendly reminder that although he was feeling good at the time, his terminal condition had not changed.
