I tried giving these unprofessional individuals the benefit of the doubt. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve filled out the documents needed in order to move forward and schedule my intake appointment. I’ve spoken with 3 different people, all saying 3 different things. One said I’d be seen within 3 weeks, the other said go ahead and schedule online and the director finally called today after I had to leave a distasteful voicemail and email.
