I attended the session last week and had a wonderful time. Serafima has been calm, positive and full of amazing energy. I left very comfortable being the first timer and had an amazing stretching session. Looking forward to attend the sessions in the future.

Serafima really saved me yesterday. I was in a lot of pain with my neck and back. She fit me in right away. She made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what my body needed. I feel much better today. I still have some work to do as I haven’t taken care of myself the last years. I’m looking forward to continue work with her.
