Where do I begin... I needed a massage to get rid of some knots in my neck and back and Daniel did just that! I said, I needed a deep tissue and when I could literally feel him put all his energy in my massage for 90mins I was very pleased! It's now 15hours later and I feel so much better. I feel much more relaxed and I have more open space in my back and neck. He also shared some tips on how to keep my shoulders in line with the rest of my body. I will be going back! Thank you �
The level of massage and knowledge I received at my first appointment was outstanding! Daniel was able to pinpoint the areas of muscle tissue that needed the most focus, and provide the needed therapy to relieve the tension. I saw Daniel due to tight adductors and psoas. 2 days after my massage, the pain and tightness is just gone! I'm now able to do all the activity I love, but with less pain and more range of motion. So happy I found such a helpful and knowledgable practitioner.

Love that they will come to my home, great deal because i get a full hour and I am being taught to do exercise to keep my hunched shoulders and bad posture from getting worse and straining my back.
