Dr. Doris truly cares about her patients. I’ve never had a psychiatrist genuinely care about how your week went. She makes me feel seen and wants to help you. I love her!!! I was recommended to this place by a friend of mine who see’s a different Dr. here. But nonetheless Dr. Doris is fantastic! On the other hand, the front desk girl (main) comes off very stern and not warm. I do not like having to call front desk for anything, this is a mental health facility. Work on customer service. 9/10 overall.
I have been seeing Dr. Owusu for about 3 years now and I am more than happy. Dr. Owusu and her team truly care and it shows. She has been with me from the start and knows me and how I am doing before I even say it. She takes the care to know you which makes your care even better. I highly recommend the office but I truly recommend Dr. Owusu — I even the front desk team take the care to know you personally and greet you each time.
