The staff is very welcoming and nice! I loved every second and felt like I belonged there, 10/10! I was treated like an adult and held accountable in a safe way so I will be returning.
I saw Alice Sesay and was not impressed. She didn't seem particularly interested in me. I was spilling my guts and she never took out her earbud, or even looked at me. Looking down to take notes, okay; but she looked at either her notepad or her computer. She didn't silence her cellphone so it rang and rang. I wanted someone to help me naturally. I said that. The intake was stressful. So many links to click, so much information to fill. As it is all pertanent information, the redundancy of the doctor spending the session going overer all of the information again, and then a 3rd time on the next appointment is overkill... The intake information is on a portal that listed the wrong doctors name and contact information. The doctor herself didn't seem to be a good fit after having a follow up session even. The nlmeans of communication aren't simple for a person going through a crisis... read more
