I was talking to my psychiatrist about how I was feeling and she apparently was not happy to hear it, so she pushed me to say that I wasn't feeling that way. I finally gave in and just agreed with her. After the appointment was over I found a new psychiatrist and cancelled services with this one.
The staff is very welcoming and nice! I loved every second and felt like I belonged there, 10/10! I was treated like an adult and held accountable in a safe way so I will be returning.
I saw Alice Sesay and was not impressed. She didn't seem particularly interested in me. I was spilling my guts and she never took out her earbud, or even looked at me. Looking down to take notes, okay; but she looked at either her notepad or her computer. She didn't silence her cellphone so it rang and rang. I wanted someone to help me naturally. I said that.
