BEWARE! Be very careful and ask what your co-pay is going to be. I have excellent insurance. Nothing was said during my entire treatment about a co-pay (I have been there before and was never charged a co-pay). AFTER my treatment was done, I received a bill for over $700! I was charged as much as $79 for a co-pay EACH VISIT. My sessions were not all that long (the usual) and my insurance company was billed as much as $450 per session.
