The best experience! Adrian has a wonderful calming voice and gentle demeanor that provided me with an environment of supreme relaxation. She was so kind and flexible with what I was trying to achieve with hypnotherapy. She was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I love that I can use her remote services anywhere. Highly recommended.

Hypnotherapy was new and interesting to me. I wasn't sure what to think but I trusted Adrian. She was very kind, and made me feel very comfortable. I was working on my smoking & alcohol use and I felt like Adrian really understood my vibrations and had positive words to help me through my process. Let's just say I stopped smoking cigs & alcohol use 3 months later. So grateful for Adrian and the support!

I've never done hypnotherapy before so I was very skeptical but Adrian can really put your mind at ease very quickly. Since the pandemic, I've been home in quarantine like everyone else and it really took a toll on my anxiety. I tried hypnotherapy and it was a blessing. Thanks Adrian for your patience and kind words!

With the ease of technology and my busy schedule, having an online session was right up my alley. Working with Adrian still allowed the experience to feel like I was facetiming a friend and not just an appointment. I was able to see that she was focused on my needs and that she could see me while I was under the direction of her voice and guidance. I really enjoy working with Adrian. She takes the time to understand you first and get to know you and see things from your point of view before coming up with a strategy to help with my pain and needs. Not every therapist will go from an angle where you feel you're comfortable and at the pace you want. I feel heard and relaxed when talking to Adrian. She has helped me through the years with her guidance and reminding me I already have the tools but she just dusted off the rust.
