Complete thief and extortonist! If I could leave minus 5 stars, I would. BEWARE! Runs a slumlord rental scam. I am new to the area. Looked at a house. The house needed a ton of work. He requested a $1000.00 deposit. I was given a receipt that states "refundable at end of lease". The house was supposed to be completed by July 1st 2018. It was early June.
