I bought a package and no policy's were discussed. I emailed and called to reschedule and had to call back after my call was not returned. I was then told there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. There was no posting of such. I also thought I was left alone far to long during the process. This guy is also a pill pusher. Find a more pro clinic. Thumbs down
Would not recommend this place. Owner is very unprofessional. I would keep a close eye on your water temperature also because he leaves you alone in the room on the system and water approached 106 degrees for me. I would recommend even driving out to one of the other locations in Louisiana such as Covington. They may require a doctors order but you will be much safer I can promise.
