Highly recommend Holistic Lactation Consulting! I felt so supported by Jess both during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Her approach is warm, reassuring and completely judgement-free, which made a big difference as a first-time mum. I’d highly recommend booking in during pregnancy. Having that understanding beforehand made breastfeeding feel far less overwhelming once our baby arrived and meant we had a contact for help when we needed it quickly.
