A complete waste of my time; 12 days to be exact. 3 separate occasions on 3 different days, I was told to expect callbacks, which never came. Finally got an in-office appointment scheduled, early morning, only to have Kelly cancel with less than 30 minutes advance notice, claiming she, "had a covid emergency". But to then to reschedule me just 5 days after her "exposure to covid" , is unacceptable and selfish. What was she trying to do, have me infected with Covid? Kelly is amazing! My coworkers and I took her Barre class and it was awesome. The meditation part was what we all needed. I would Highly recommend Kelly for therapy and also her classes!
I normally don’t post reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience for others considering this clinic. During my short time seeing Kelly at Holistic, I experienced several major boundary violations that left me deeply uncomfortable. She made highly inappropriate personal disclosures during our first session and used sexualized language when responding to my disclosure of trauma. Holistic health therapy has helped me tremendously, mentally and physically. The environment is so calming and comfortable you really feel at home as soon as you enter. The staff has always been so supportive and friendly no matter what type of service you come in for. Definitely recommend for all
