Josie made me feel very comfortable. She has a wealth of knowledge and has such a relaxed atmosphere. If you have lipidema like I do it is hard to find people who understand but she does and is such a blessing to find her. I will be returning!
Josie is amazing. Can’t wait to go back! Don’t wait book now. The lymphatic drainage massage is worth it. I instantly felt lighter and she explained everything.

I had my first session of manual lymphatic drainage with Josie at HHK and I was glad I went. She is professional and made me feel very comfortable as she explained what she’d be doing during the full body session. She is knowledgeable and I liked that she was willing to share with me. I felt my body was more in flow and also noticed less puffiness in my face even the following day. I look forward to going back for another session next week! :)
